Hmm, I don’t remember bacon and peanut butter on toast. But why would you want to contaminate delicious bacon with anything? (from the mostly dark side)

I’ll definitely need to try that .. as Jan said, PB Bacon was a great hit (and still is when we are camping and actually have bacon!)

Why didn’t I think of that? Peanut butter and bacon on toast is an old family favorite, although Zoe probably didn’t tell you that since she went over to the dark side.

So the results are in. I give these cookies a whopping 3 stars. I love bacon and I love PB cookies. But I just don't think the bacon adds anything positive to the cookie. On the other hand a few people really love this cookie, so I think it's just really hit or miss. If you want PB cookies without bacon go here.

Who woulda thunk. I like peanut butter. I love bacon. It’s a mixed marriage that I think works well. Garlic in Ice Cream, Rhubarb in Pies. Why not! Bravo.
